Wellness travel / staying healthy while traveling

To help promote our client's health and wellbeing, both physical and mental, we provide programs that help the clients check out feeling healthier and better than when they check in:

A week trip to the Moroccan Middle Atlas Mountains include a stay in a Guest Farm where the clients can enjoy the nature and the healthy local meals, help in preparing some Moroccan dishes, meet local families and enjoy tea with them, experience the Hammam (public bath) and enjoy a day hike to the Ifrane national Park forest. The ideal time for this trip is spring, autumn and summer time, although winter time would be also better for snow lovers.

For Sahara lovers

For Sahara lovers, we offer a three-day stay in the sand dunes where camping, enjoying the sunset, sunrise and walks nearby the dunes to meet the camel shepherds is relaxing and reducing the stress of life in the cities. The best time of the year to go for this trip is September / October and March / April.

*The north of Morocco with its beautiful beaches would be the perfect spot for those who feel that swimming and spending time on the seaside is the best way to improve their health and well-being. The best time to enjoy the beach while avoiding the high season and the school holidays would be May, June and September.

Journey women

We do have special trips for women only. The trip is a chance for the women to go on a retreat and enjoy themselves far from the family and work responsibilities and return back with high energy. This trip is more about social interaction and exchange with local women of different backgrounds. The program includes meetings and tea talks with the local women, Henna (Moroccan Tattoos) while enjoying big meals and live music played by a local women group, Hike with picnic lunch and experiencing traditional hammam (Public bath).
