There is
plenty to discover in this captivating country. A great example of the monuments you
will come across when visiting this magical land,

Volubilis
was once the capital of the kingdom of Mauritania ruled by the Berber leader
Juba the 2nd until it was annexed by the Romans around 150 BC. This site is full of columns and temple remnants, standing
as a reminder of the ancient empires that made Morocco home at one time or
another. The city had about 20 000 inhabitants depending on Olive production
as the main source of income-based trade.
Due to
its importance, it became as a UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE Site in 1997. When
